About Sparrow

Sparrow is a Christian companion app operated by Arnold Malinovskij, Vilnius, Lithuania. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Pip is an AI, not a pastor, counselor or doctor

Pip is an AI companion. Its responses are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are not professional, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Pip does not replace your church, pastor, counselor or doctor. Always check Scripture for yourself.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away (in the US, call or text 988).

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Fair use

To keep Sparrow available for everyone, daily message limits apply. Do not misuse the app, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful.

Content

Bible text in Sparrow comes from public domain translations such as the King James Version. The app, its design and the character Pip belong to us.

Liability

Sparrow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If you keep using Sparrow after a change, the new terms apply. Questions: sparrowapp.help@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
